PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES CAREFULLY!

Canceling or Refusing Orders:
Orders that are processed are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. Any orders that are refused are subject to a 10% restock fee plus shipping charges.

Damage:
If you receive a damaged package please contact me immediately. I will then contact the shipper to file a claim and work to get the damaged merchandise shipped back out.

Hours of Operation:
I am open Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00 central time

Wrong Addresses or Zip Codes:
If a customer has incorrectly input their address or zip code and I incur a $5.00 Address Correction Fee due to the error, the fee will be passed onto the customer by charging the fee to the credit card on the order that had the wrong address or zip.

Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order.

Missing or Wrong Items:
All discrepencies in orders must be filed within 3 days of the receipt of package(s).

Payments:
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and CASH!!

Returns:
I'm sorry, but we can't take returns on Non-Qualified items: wax, fragrace oil, dyes, wicks or additives. There is a 10% restock fee for all returns not due to our negligence. Qualified items must be returned in resaleable condition. We will not reimburse shipping charges. Please call for an Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Privacy:
I do not share ANY of your information to anyone.
